It is instructive to compare the methods of Science with those of PseudoScience.  Particularly note the divergence of methods starting at step #5.  Science concentrate on developing testable predictions that are potentially falsifiable and on minimizing biases using controls.  The primary goal of PseudoScience, however,  is on collecting whatever 'evidence' can be found to support the original idea.
